As a Program Lead, I was able to flex my data analysis skills in order to find trends and solutions to foster an efficient program. I was able to expand and gain new skills in multiple areas such as leadership, training, and business development.

Throughout my college career, I have worked as a full-time professional. This opportunity allowed me to use what I learned in class and apply it in real-time to my work, such as a presentation that I had showcased to directors and executives on case studies and proposals of strategies to improve retention.
With hard work and dedication, I was able to graduate Cum Laudre in March 2023 and aim to take my education to the next level by starting on my MBA journey in the fall of 2023.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Creation and execution of a company-wide process that resulted in increased compliant efficiency through proper documentation in data systems. Managed full scale project from creation to execution. Developed SOP and conducted company wide training of the new process.
Improved internal partner response time to client requisitions and improved program scorecard through the creation of the report. Trained cross functional teams on report which led to company-wide program improvement.
Tailored Management
Through data analysis, I was able to successfully find trends on our most successful locations. With these findings, we were able to pinpoint our marketing and save the company thousands of dollars by only marketing to profitable locations.
Obtained licensure in order to better service our clients, while in school and working full time.
